Banning Commercial Water Bottling

I knew about the motivation for banning bottled water - water should be a public good, and not commercialized.  It’s essential for life.  New information, that I learned from the Wall Street Journal: Voters in Hood River County, Oregon voted to ban commercial water bottling of the Cascade Locks.
